These guidelines are provided to make the park safe and enjoyable for all guests and we thank you for your co-operation.
PARKING Strictly one vehicle only per site / unit is permitted. Additional cars must park in visitors parking area. Boats and trailers are to be secured in the area next to Bay 10 at the southern end of the park.
NOISE Radios/music at low volume at all times (Day and Night) and off by 10:00pm. Everyone has a right to enjoy a pleasant holiday and all noise and activity is to be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm. Quiet time: 10.00pm untill 7:00am
PETS The park is dog friendly, however, please keep your pet on a leash within the grounds and be responsible for your pet’s mess. Pets are not permitted in the chalets or cabins without permission of management. A pet bond is required
ABLUTIONS / LAUNDRY The ablutions are a shared facility to allow both shower and toilet access. Observe “Closed for Cleaning” signs. Please show respect to your fellow guests and leave tidy. Swimmers are requested to use external showers to wash off sand prior to entering ablution blocks. The sinks(hot/cold water)next to the Linen room are provided for campers to wash dishes. The laundry is available for use between 8am and 10pm. Clothes Lines are provided, due to current by-laws clothes lines are not to be attached to the trees.
DRINKING WATER Water available from the "Blue" painted taps is scheme supply, water from other taps is supplied from Yallingup Creek and is not suitable for drinking. Water in ensuite basins is not suitable for brushing teeth. Blue taps for drinking water
GAMES / TV ROOM These facilities are provided for the enjoyment of guests and we request that food / drinks are consumed and disposed of responsibly. In the case, that an arcade game is “Out of Order” management does not offer refunds. Children under twelve yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times in these facilities. Bicycles, scooters or skateboards are not allowed in this area
NO SMOKING POLICY Smoking indoors in park facilities is prohibited. We request smokers extinguish and dispose of butts responsibly
GROUND SHEETS To keep the lawns looking great, tarpaulins, lino, carpet or plastic ground sheets are not to be used, shadecloth is recommended on the ground.
EVICTION Management reserves the right to evict anyone who creates a problem in the park. Should you be disturbed by others please do not hesitate to advise management. No refund applies to a person/group evicted. The manager's after hours mobile number is available on request
SPEED LIMIT Strictly walking pace (8kph) for safety reasons. Note:Traffic flow within the park is one-way
ALCOHOL Under S122 of the Liquor Control Act 1998, it is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to consume alcohol within the park. Please be courteous to others and ensure alcohol is consumed responsibly.
BARBEQUES Barbecuing is not permitted after 10pm. No camp or open fires are permitted at any time
CHECK-OUT Check-out 10.00am sharp. Requests for late departure may be made with management. We request that all units are swept with dishes cleaned and wiped prior to your departure
EVACUATION In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation proceed to the "Rally Point" in the large grassed area at the front of the park
FISH CLEANING We request that you use the designated area in the camping area and dispose of the waste appropriately
KEYS Please return keys to reception or place in the keys deposit box outside reception upon departure
PLAYGROUND Children must be supervised at all times. Please respect other guests by ensuring noise is kept to a minimum and children's behaviour is acceptable. Use of the playground is at your own risk
RECEPTION / SHOP HOURS Opening hours from 8.30am - 10:00am then again between 2:00pm—6:00pm
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES Ball games, bikes, roller skates, scooters and skateboards are permitted in the park provided the activity is carried out responsibly and with courtesy to other guests. Guests, children and visitors participating in recreational activities do so at their own risk.
REFUNDS No refunds apply after commencement of stay
SECURITY We recommend you safely store surfboards, wetsuits and other personal items at all times
SWIMMING Beaches, water courses and surf in this area can be dangerous and we urge everyone to take extreme care. Lifeguards patrol Yallingup Beach during the January school holidays. Please follow their instructions
ENTRANCE GATE The gate will be closed each night(at management's discretion). Guests are requested to open and close gate after their late arrival
SECURITY/PET BOND The security/pet bond will be credited back to your account asap after check-out further to cleaning and inspection of accomodation.
VISITORS No visitors are permitted in the park after 10.00pm. Visitors vehicles must be parked in visitors parking area or in the overflow car park on the front lawn area Please notify reception of additional guests and arrange payment on arrival.
FAUNA The trees in the park are home to a variety of animal and birdlife. Be aware that in season Magpies are aggressive and will swoop to protect their young. Do not feed the ring-tailed possums and be aware they are nocturnal and car headlights will dazzle them. Be cautious when parrots are feeding in the national trust trees, falling pine cones can be a hazard. Be aware and cautious as snakes do frequent the park.
The park guidelines must be observed at all times. The management and owners accept no responsibility or liability for the actions of park guests or their visitors.
