guidelines are provided to make the park safe and enjoyable for all guests
and we thank you for your co-operation.
PARKING Strictly one vehicle only per
site/unit is permitted. Additional cars must park in visitors parking area.
Boats and trailers are to be secured in the area next to Bay 10 at the
southern end of the park.
NOISE Radios/music at low volume at
all times (Day and Night) and off by 10:00pm. Everyone has a right to enjoy a
pleasant holiday and all noise and activity is to be kept to a minimum after
10:00pm. Quiet time: 10.00pm until 7:00am
PETS The park is (seasonal) dog
friendly, however, please keep your pet on a leash within the grounds and be
responsible for your pet’s mess. Refer to the pet policy. Pets are not
permitted in the chalets or cabins without permission of management. A pet
bond is required *Pets prohibited 18th
December to the 31 January and Easter
/ LAUNDRY The
ablutions are a shared facility to allow both shower and toilet access.
Observe “Closed for Cleaning” signs. Please show respect to your fellow
guests and leave tidy. Swimmers are requested to use external showers to wash
off sand prior to entering ablution blocks. The sinks(hot/cold water)next to
the Linen room are provided for campers to wash dishes. The laundry is
available for use between 8am and 10pm. Clothes Lines are provided, due to
current by-laws clothes lines are not to be attached to the trees.
/ TV ROOM These
facilities are provided for the enjoyment of guests and we request that food
/ drinks are consumed and disposed of responsibly. In the case, that an
arcade game is “Out of Order” management does not offer refunds. Children
under twelve yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times in these
facilities. Bicycles, scooters or skateboards are not allowed in this area
Smoking indoors in park facilities is prohibited. We request smokers
extinguish and dispose of butts
EVICTION Management reserves the right
to evict anyone who creates a problem in the park. Should you be disturbed by
others please do not hesitate to advise management. No refund applies to a
person/group evicted. The manager's after hours mobile number is available on
walking pace (8kph) for safety reasons. Note: Traffic flow within the park is
ALCOHOL Under S122 of the Liquor
Control Act 1998, it is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to consume
alcohol within the park. Please be courteous to others and ensure alcohol is
CAMP FIRES - Please ask at reception. All
fires as prohibited during the total fire ban period.
CHECK OUT Check-out 10am Requests for late departure may be made with
management. We request that all units are swept with dishes cleaned and wiped
prior to your departure
EVACUATION In the event of an emergency
requiring evacuation proceed to the "Emergency Assembly Area" in
the large grassed area at the front of the park. Caravans are restricted from
exiting the site during an emergency evacuation (by order of fire

KEYS Please return keys to
reception or place in the keys deposit box outside reception upon departure
PLAYGROUND Children must be supervised at
all times. Please respect other guests by ensuring noise is kept to a minimum
and children's behaviour is acceptable. Use of the playground is at your own

Opening hours from 8.30am - 5.00pm
games, bikes, scooters and skateboards are permitted in the park provided the
activity is carried out responsibly and with courtesy to other guests.
Guests, children and visitors participating in recreational activities do so
at their own risk.
REFUNDS No refunds apply after
commencement of stay
SECURITY We recommend you safely store
surfboards, wetsuits and other personal items at all times
SWIMMING Beaches, water courses and
surf in this area can be dangerous and we urge everyone to take extreme care.
Lifeguards patrol Yallingup
Beach during the
January school holidays. Please follow their instructions
security/pet bond will be credited back to your account asap after check-out
further to cleaning and inspection of accommodation. Please refer to the Pet
VISITORS No visitors are permitted in
the park after 10.00pm. Visitors vehicles must be parked in visitors parking
area or in the overflow car park on the front lawn area Please notify
reception of additional guests and arrange payment on arrival.
FAUNA The in the park are home to a
variety of animal including Kangaroos, Rabbits and Ring tailed possums. The
birdlife includes Kookaburra, Parrots, Galah, Magpies, Honey Suckers, Tawney
Frog mouthed Owls. Please respect their natural habitat and drive slowly
through out the park
